The firm Rootpure Support System is engaged in providing training materials, digital learning resources, event management services, seminar registrations, and ticket booking services through its website and mobile application (“Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, purchasing training materials, or booking event tickets, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Service Charges & Payments

Rootpure Support System charges fees for training materials (physical or digital), event registrations, seminar/leadership program participation, and ticket booking services. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated, and taxes are charged as per Government rules.

Event Registration & Ticket Policy

• Event tickets once booked are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
• Entry to events may require valid ID proof and booking confirmation.
• The company reserves the right to deny entry in case of misconduct, violation of event rules, or invalid registration.
• In case an event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket shall remain valid for the new date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Training Materials (Physical)

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in marketable condition, includes the original invoice, and has no physical damage or alteration. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

B. Digital Training Materials

• Digital products once accessed, downloaded, or activated are non-refundable.
• Access credentials are for individual use only and must not be shared.

C. Event Tickets

• Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the company.
• If an event is cancelled, the refund will be processed within a reasonable time.
• In case of rescheduling, the ticket will remain valid for the revised date.

Marketable Condition

“Marketable” refers to products that are unopened, sealed, and unused. Products that are opened, damaged, partially used, or altered will be considered “Unmarketable” and may not qualify for a full refund.

User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information at the time of registration.
• Login ID and password must be kept confidential.
• Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, recording, or redistribution of digital content is strictly prohibited.
• The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or war. The affected party shall resume obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability

Rootpure Support System shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data due to user negligence, third-party service interruptions, or personal injury during events beyond reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All materials available on the Platform are the intellectual property of Rootpure Support System. Unauthorized reproduction, recording, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi.

Amendments

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
